In the month when Balvenie announced its DCS compendium collection and where Diageo paraded it Special Releases it would have been very easy to pick one of those as a ‘Nice looking new product of the week’
This week, however, it was good to see some fair priced whisky released and I cant help but feel that we need to support these releases.
Independant bottler Bartels Whisky is now offering 3 cask strength, age stated and non coloured single malts priced at £50 each.
The three bottles are a 16 y.o Tomatin, a 15 y.o Linkwood and a 15 y.o Ben Nevis.
For more information and tasting notes you can find Bartels website here.
Well played Bartels, well played…
